5/5 Excellent
"Front desk staff was super helpful and kind, rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the room with disability access. Restaurant was good, had breakfast and lunch, satisfying. Easy to walk into downtown Stornaway- just a couple blocks. Also a short 5 minute walk to ferry terminal- we pulled our luggage with no trouble. Very comfortable. "
"Redecorated since last visit and it really is beautiful The huge beds and the new decor really impressed. And the staff are very very helpful. As usual, food is amazing.
Room and shower room were clean and modern. The public areas are quite stunning and well maintained. Would never stay anywhere else on Lewis!
