Worst hotel we have experienced

Arrived at our room, we can smell it's a smoking room which we have clearly asked for non- smoking one. After two attempts, we were given a non-carpeted room, as we required 2 single beds instead of king sized bed. No wifi facilities in any of the room except the lobby area. Hotel was noisy with children running everywhere like playground. Room service knocked on the door even we have put the " do not disturb sign" outside the door. All the windows in the common areas were wide opened as no air-conditioning in the hotel. Mosquitos and any other kinds of insects can easily fly in. All in all is a terrible hotel to stay not recommendable.

Das Hotel verfügt eine sehr schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer Balkon oder auch beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse. Das Frühstück Buffet war auch gross mit viel Auswahl. Das Team war sehr hilfsbereit, aufgestellt und kümmerten sich sehr gut um die Gäste. Ich hatte das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, aber musste an einem Morgen vor 6 Uhr raus. Das Team hat mir dann ein kleines Picknick mit Sandwiches, Obst und Wasser vorbereitet, dass ich mitnehmen konnte. Das einzige was ich nicht so toll fand war, dass es nur in der Lobby Internetverbindung gab. Das WiFi ist allgemein im Cameron Highlands schlecht. Als ich das Hotel für Ipoh buchen wollte, funktionierte das WiFi kaum. Jedoch durfte ich an das Hotelpersonals Computer die Buchung vornehmen. Ich würde das Hotel auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Dringend renovierungsbedürftig...

Das Hotel liegt ca 10 min zu Fuß oberhalb von Tanah Rata. Von außen ist der Eindruck recht schick und auch der Eingangsbrereich sieht gut aus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Zimmer unglaublich veraltet und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. WiFi ist dort ebenfalls nicht vorhanden und nur in der Lobby nutzbar. Der Teppichboden und das ganze Zimmer roch muffig und schimmelig (in der Bettwäsche war das besonders unangenehm). Im Badezimmer war es genau das Selbe. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.
