Gutes Hotel im Herzen von Schevenningen. Ca. 2 Kilometer vom Beach und 2 Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Gute Lage, sicheres Stadtviertel. Zimmer ok, Sauberkeit bis auf ein paar Flüchtigkeiten in Ordnung. Frühstück im Keller. Corona geschuldet, Raum ohne Fenster, Qualität des Frühstück: befriedigend. Nicht mehr. Alles in allem. Für 2 Nächte ok

Gutes Hotel für ein Wochenende, Wellnessbereich und Fitnessstudio nur gegen Gebühr- Ist in meinen Augen ein No Go. Ansonsten ganz gut gelegen. Frühstück ist auch in der Covid-19 zeit mit 12,50 Euro akzeptabel und entspricht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sind recht groß und relativ Sauber.

Insgesamt ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt -Schlechter Zimmerservice (Zimmer wurden oft sehr spät gemacht, teilweise nach unserer Rückkehr vom Ausflug) - schlechtes Frühstück: Alles in viel Plastik gepackt, nur eine Sorte Käse, wenig Obst, nur drei weiche Brotsorten, kaum Auswahl). Wir haben in keinem Novotel bisher ein derart schlechtes Frühstück gehabt) - das Hotel verfügt nur über zwei Aufzüge. Da wir einen Rollstuhlfahrer dabei hatten, hat dieser Umstand zu sehr langen Wartezeiten vor den Aufzügen geführt) - Wir hatten als Familie mit 5 Personen zwei Zimmer gebucht und erhielten eins in der 5. und eins in der 12. Etage. Da wir eine pflegebedürftige Person dabei hatten, mussten wir immer wieder die 7 Etagen überwinden. - Das Hotel sah sich nicht in der Lage das behindertengerechte Zimmer am Ankunftstag mit einer Aufbettung zu versehen. - Der Frühstücksraum hat den Charme einer Werkskantine - Alle Beanstandungen wurden mit dem Verweis auf die Corona-Situation pauschal beantwortet -Man war nicht in der Lage - Es gibt nur eine kleine Bar und keine weitere Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit außerhalb der Zimmer

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Leider war der Service sehr schlecht. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer als Familie gebucht. Wir erhielten ein Zimmer in der 5. und ein Zimmer in der 12. Etage. Wir haben ein schwerbehindertes Kind und musste so immer 7 Etage bewältigen, um von einem Zimmer in das andere zu gelangen. Außerdem war man nicht in der Lage die Aufbettung für die dritte Person - wie gewünscht - im behindertengerechten Zimmer durchzuführen. Das Hotel hat nur zwei Aufzüge. Durch die aktuelle Situation kam es immer zu langen Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen. Wenn man dann mit dem Rollstuhl auf den Aufzug angewiesen ist, ist das extrem ärgerlich. Die Zimmer wurden mehrere Male erst nach 16:30 gemacht. Es gibt nur eine kleine Bar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr übersichtlich (z.B. nur eine Sorte Käse, nur weiches Brot). Das hatte nicht den Standard, den wir aus anderen Novotels gewohnt sind.Beanstandungen (Frühstück, Service) wurden mit der Corona-Situation pauschal erklärt. Das geht alles wesentlich besser.

Fantastischer Ausblick und tolles Frühstückbuffet

+ toller Ausblick im 11. Stock + lecker Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch gepresstem O-Saft (wochentags), frischem Obst, Rührei, Cappuccino, frischem Brot usw + 30min zu Fuß zum Strand + Föhn & Duschgel/Shampoo vorhanden + sehr freundliches Personal - Sehr harte Matratze - leider Queensize Bett anstatt Doppelbett erhalten - Zubuchung einer Nacht sehr teuer! - Frühstücksbuffet 19,50€/Pers. - Tiefgarage sehr teuer, aber man kann kostenlos auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße parken - Verschwendung den Duschgels/Shampoos - wird jeden Tag erneuert
