Very enjoyable trip, hotel was in a perfect location for seeing the sites in Toronto.

Stayed 9 nights in the hotel while visiting family, staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable. Taxis, subway, street cars and buses all very close to hotel making getting around the city very easy. Perfect location fur sightseeing.

We were in Toronto for a short break with friends. Hotel was fab and offered lots of on site amenities. We were close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We had a trip to niagra falls which was awesome. Great place for a short stay.

Very good value downtown hotel

Very good quality stay. Room very comfortable and hotel generally of very good standard. Staff very helpful. Downtown location is very accessible to most of the central activities of the city - you can walk most anywhere.

Clean comfortable hotel in a great central location

We were travelling as a couple and this was our last nights stay in Toronto after a 3week trip across Canada. It was a very busy check in as the Pan Am games were due to start the next day but staff were courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hotel had all amenities that you could want! The location is great just minutes from the subway but be warned there is no escalator if you have heavy luggage. Sunday's Square subway is more accessible and notice further away. The only downside is check in is after 4pm and check out is 11am which is restrictive.

Good hotel in good location

Pool/spa staff extremely helpful. Bathroom in need of refurbishment (strange shower!) Evening meal quality erratic.

great central location

Ideal location for catching hop on hop off sightseeing bus to see the best of Toronto. Only 30 minute easy walk to CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Eaton Centre closeby for shopping. Staff friendly and helpful especially as travelling alone. Rooms comfy and great views form 19th floor. Lovely pool and surroundings.Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

City At Your Doorstep, But...

Having traveled extensively on business, I hope to make good decisions on city hotels for social purposes and had family and friends to meet in Toronto. The hotel has reasonably good food, at a city center premium. The support services, in terms of concierge and maid/cleaning services let down this incredibly busy hotel. By contrast, its bar is small and delightful as it is one of Canada's largest hotels. The overall feel is insufficient staff for the task. I was last in Toronto 26 years ago and need more from a concierge than 'look it up on your palm pilot'!

Great time in Toronto

Having Stayed at this hotel in April 2012 for 4 nights, I had a good experience with the exception of the fire alarm going off at midnight on one of the nights which was really annoying as it was very loud and bit chaos, beside to that i had good time and would stay again. The location of the hotel is superb, its in the heart of Toronto City Centre and within walking distance to the Metro/Trains, in addition to that, there is a good shuttle service from the airport provided by Airport Express. The rooms were clean and comfortable, good customer service. This hotel is also good for those travellers with kids The price was reasonable when i stayed at this hotel Would I stay again? Yes i would and would recommend to others.

great location

The room we were in was a bit dated and could have done with a paint job especially the ceiling and some tiles in the bathroom could have been replaced. overall the hotel was very good and great central location as we were able to walk to many places from it. We would have benefited from a tea maker in the room rather than a coffee maker. Staff were very hospitable and helpful
