We enjoyed our stay here. We usually choose more modern hotels but this felt very traditional, even down to the staff. We were lucky to be upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We found it a little annoying returning our keys and collecting as sometimes you had to wait but understand the reasoning. Perfect location for the water buses. Breakfast lets the hotel down, it was by far the worst we had on our trip and my partner was severely ill for our last night...the only thing he had that day that i didnt was the scrambled eggs at breakfast. Now it could have been something else but I would recommend being cautious. That aside, I would recommend this hotel.

Location fantastic

This hotel is situated in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in over looked the water and the views were fantastic. The room itself very spacious, comfortable, clean, warm and cosy. It was also very quiet, therefore a great night sleep. I would recommend this hotel and look forward in staying in the near future.

Hotel well situated for walking around and sightse

Pros: Room cleanliness, good breakfast
Location: Easy walk to see bridge of sighs and St marks square just around the corner. And walkable distance to all main attractions. Museum of music very good
Great position, easy access to water taxi. All sightseeing very close to hotel. Great short break.

Very friendly hotel in a good central location

Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Great location close to St Marks , Clean with comfortable beds and very good buffet style breakfast , where you can eat as much as you want. The staff were friendly and helpful will definitely use this hotel again

Absolute recommendation. The location is simply sensational and the rooms with sea view worth the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.
