The rooms are small (double) but look very neat and for öbb travellers the hotel is the cheapest option close to the main station.

Great location

Pros: clean, modern and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast at 15 euro a head is very steep (i.e. not included) and having a coffee machine, but having to pay 1 euro for each pod was a bit mean.
Location: Just behind the main station, 5 minutes from hotel is The Belivedere Palace with its fee and enormous gardens. Access to all sites easy from station
Not a lavish hotel, but certainly great value for money ... new, beautifully clean with spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Being so near the main rail/ underground station (Hauptbahnhof is brilliant ... only 2 minutes walk).

Die Zimmer sind zu hellhörig, andauernd 7/24 hört man störende Geräusche. Trotz Zimmerwechsel nichts gebracht. Kühlschrank nur 1 Petflasche Wasser und nichts anderes! Der Stuhl war voller Staub und der Boden auch nicht wirklich sauber... Ich war das erste und letztemal in in diesem Hotel!

Auch wenn wir es bedauern, dass Sie keine besseren Erfahrungen bei uns gemacht haben, hilft uns Ihre Beurteilung dazu zu lernen und uns zu verbessern. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie in der Nacht gestört wurden. Tatsache ist, dass Sie von einer Ecke des Hotels in eine komplett andere Ecke übersiedelt sind. Beide Zimmer sind in einem Bereich, wo kaum Gäste vorbei gehen resp. Mitarbeiter. Es tut mir leid, dass Ihr Zimmer nicht so sauber war.Wenn Sie uns die Chance geben, Ihr Vertrauen zurück zu gewinnen, garantieren wir Ihnen, unser Bestes zu geben, damit Sie genauso gute Erfahrungen mit uns machen können, wie andere Gäste. Rezeption: freundlich, aber der einzige MA -> zuständig für alles. Nacht Sa. auf So.: keine Zimmerreinigung (unangekündigt und ohne Erklärung/Entschuldigung) Zimmerlüftung/Aircon/Lufterneuerubg: gemäss Rezeption nicht möglich, da „Übergangszeit“ -> faule Ausrede um Kosten zu sparen: Ergebnis: unerträglich stickige Luft am Zimmer, sehr heiss, unmöglich zu schlafen. Internet: teils Totalausfall, sobst so langsam, dass beinahe keine Verbindung zu Stande kam, unabhängig ob am Zimmer oder in der Lobby. Fazit: Für ein zentrales, 3-Sterne Hotel in der lebenswertesten Stadt der Welt (!), eine Frechheit, soetwas dem Kd. zu bieten. Von 3 Sternen sah ich nicht mal den Zacken eines Sterns!

Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer ist sehr erfreulich. Dass man aber für den ganzen Aufenthalt nur zwei Kapseln gratis erhält und der gebrauchte Kartonbecher am nächsten Tag nicht ersetzt wird, finde ich kleinlich (1 Euro für eine Kapsel ist wahrlich ein stolzer Preis!).
