Great location for good weather, walking distance to museums and downtown but very disorganised, from overbooking, lack of optimisation and cleanliness of breakfast room (long queues as all placed within one short bar), long waiting at bar (little personnel for very sophisticated cocktails preparation, orders would be given out to the wrong customer). Staff looked as lacking experience, insecure, badly managed, would answer back to complaints, bar and breakfast manager came to disturb team rather than help in crisis, breakfast offer a bit funny (very nice smoothies, flat bread but lacking basics - "no, we do not offer eggs here", only berries as fruit in a small bowl clearly insufficient for the number of guests). Bicycles for loan very poor in quality (handle and saddle couldn't be fixed and moved, gears jumping). A personal very negative experience but great place for summer evenings at the Wharf.
