Amsterdam Airport is connected to Amsterdam via rail and road. Trains offer a reliable form of transport and direct trains run to and from Amsterdam every 10 to 15 minutes between 6:00am and 12:30am. The journey takes around 15 to 20 minutes. Buses are an economical form of transport and stop at many hotels as well as central Amsterdam. The journey to central Amsterdam takes around 30 minutes. At the weekends the bus service is less frequent. Taxis are available at the airport. "Booked the hotel purely for the swimming pool for the grandchildren. Pool was great. Room was ok. Beds very comfortable. Had to have the pillows and duvets changed as my husband is allergic to feathers but that was no problem and done very quickly. Not much choice of food in the bar for the grandchildren ..."
