Great location for your Algarve holiday, nice beaches nearby The Hotel has a rigid Late CHECK IN POLICY which put me off we asked for an early one in advance but this was refused . We were told twice the room wasnt ready when it had been ready hours previously. Our neighbours told us same story. The staff are obviously told to say this ....so no one gets in early so why not just be honest and say so guys ? ?

Dear Juliet, Thank you very much for your review. Regarding the check-in policy, it is informed to all the guests, travel agencies and tour operators that the check-in time is after 04.00pm. When it is possible, and if the apartment is ready before, the check-in in the apartment can be earlier. The room is only ready to check-in the guests, when the reception has the confirmation of the Housekeeper that it is cleaned and with no need of maintenance. For the guests, it can seem that it is ready, but if there is something missing or if there is some maintenance to do, we must have everything prepared before the guest enter in the apartment. Some apartments are ready before 04:00pm, and when this happens, for sure we let the guests check-in earlier. Apart from this, we hope you had a great stay with us. Kind regards

Excellent Place to Stay

Natura Club is clean, comfortable, not too big and not too small. No high rise. The ethos of the hotel is exemplary and progressive and other hotels would do well to follow. The environment is key here, recycling facilities available. Peace and quiet and respect are key, signs reminding us to be quiet and considerate to our fellow holiday makers are very subtle and very effective. The staff are very respectful, efficient and friendly. The friendliness is genuine and you would know these people are actually really nice and not "trained" to behave a certain way. I would highly recommend this hotel.

No complaints

Pros: Clean relaxed and efficiently
Cons: Nothing
Location: Everything on your doorstep no stress
For the price we paid think it was excellent value all staff were very pleasant and helpful thanks for a lovely stay

Decent value for money.

Pros: Decent value for money.
Cons: Towels only changed twice a week!!??!! Bad leak on tap in kitchen- kettle didn't work & kept throwing trip in fuse box, reported but nothing done.
Location: Plenty of bars, shops & restaurants nearby, nearest beach about 10 mins walk. Old town was about a 20 min walk but would only be a few mins by taxi.
Room was large, corner sited with views over to pool - nice sun trap. Staff were very pleasant & generally helpful although a faulty kettle was reported but nothing done. Pool area was spotless, loungers etc in v. good condition. Didn't eat in hotel but prices looked reasonable.
