We stayed for 5 nights in October half term in a Coco Home which had heating. Camping 3 Estrellas is a very good base for visiting Barcelona, the bus goes into the centre in about 45 minutes. After spending the day in town we were grateful to come back to the sea and trees. The old shower block near us was worn but very effective, good, strong, hot showers and washing machines available. Staff at reception are a bit hit and miss, the person who checked us in sent us to the wrong accommodation and gave us wrong directions to the bus but others were more helpful. We used the restaurant on the first night but our meal wasn’t good enough or cheap enough to encourage us to use it again. The site is almost good, the plastic plates in the accommodation and very ugly fence in front of the sea brought the standard down for us, but I cannot complain about the price we paid, which was very reasonable. Buy a T10 ticket from the metro at the airport (can only be bought at metro stations) this gives you a single bus journey or a zone 1 metro journey for 1 Euro rather than 2.20 euros cash on bus. You can use 1 T10 ticket for multiple people you just get it stamped twice for 2 people( cost was 10.20 Euros for 10 journeys). We got a taxi from the airport on the way there at midday, cost 20 euros ( for under 10 min journey) but only 2 euros each with T10 and not too difficult with the help of google maps( you have to change bus). On the way home we had to be at the airport at 5.30 am, no bus

Der Campingplatz liegt sehr gut für einen mehrtägigen Besuch von Barcelona. Sehr schöner Strand schnell erreichbar.

Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Es wirkt idyllisch und nicht eng. Unser Bungalow war zu einer Seite leicht abgesenkt, im Bad hatte es etwas Schimmel am den Fugen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gepflegt und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
