Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gute Lage. Leider gab es bei unserem zehn tägigen Aufenthalt nir ein mal Platz auf den Liegestühlen beim Pool. Die Luegestühle werden morgens reserviert. Dem Personal ist das Problem bekannt, aber leider konnten uns diese trotzdem nicht weiter helfen. Im Whirlpool waren immer Kinder am plantschen, trotz Schild das dies verboten ist.

Lobby, Restaurant, Pool und sonstige Einrichtungen machen im Großen und Ganzen wirklich einen guten Eindruck. Beinahe schockierend fanden wir allerdings das Zimmer, die Einrichtung ist deutlich abgewohnt, v.a. das Bad nicht im Ansatz 4-Sterne würdig. Ansonsten gute Lage, fußläufig zu allem Wesentlichen.

Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das grosse Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Nice hotel in Bol, close to beach

Pros: Modern, nice 4star hotel. Very nice food with a big choice. Very friendly staff of the Mini Club.
Cons: French animation has to be reduced. No yelling around. Some french animators behave like on drugs.
Location: Situated close to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the famous Zlatni Rat Beach (golden horn). 10-15 minutes walk to the village of Bol.
We stayed for 2 weeks in the Bluesun Elaphusa. The food was excellent, changing often with a big choice of fresh fruit, vegetable, meat and fish every day. Also regional specialities were cooked regularly. The staff of the bar and the housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Staff at the reception could be more friendly, often people not educated that could not give any information. Staff of the Mini club (Love Carpe Diem) was very friendly, really nice to the kids and doing a funny Mini Disco every evening, followed by Cartoons showed in the Mini Club. The only thing really terrible was the animation of French animators. They yelled around half of the day with an incredible stupid program. They just talked to people with the green Club band and ignoring other guests. They don't even greet other guests than French Club guests. That is really a pitty! There was a show on Friday evening and the program was only in French, not even translated in Croatic language, that is embarrassing. We really enjoyed our stay there and we don't have a problem with French guests, but there has to be a better balance between the French animation program and the program for all the other guests.
