Dear Guest, First of all, thank you so much for choosing to stay at our Prestige Hotel Budapest and for taking your precious time to share your sincere experiences. You cannot imagine how truly I am sorry that your overall experience was not what you expected. It is regrettable that you did not indicate your great disappointment on the spot and did not give us the chance to help make you feel better somehow. Please, accept my sincere apology for all the inconveniences encountered. Let me inform you that the unpleasantness experienced in the Relax Room is fortunately not typical and since then there has been no such problem. Further on, please note, that we have rooms with street view in certain categories, next time you could book one of them at an additional cost. I truly hope that, despite the above, your stay was satisfactory and you will change your mind.
