No helpful stuff - slow service

They offer free shuttle from and to the airport. Once you are there the shuttle goes occasionally to the airport They have no logistic to get you a taxi when you go back to the airport. They make you belived they call for a taxi service but they don't. Once you check out noone cares and I almost lose my flight because I have to wait for a taxi an get it myself on the main avenue having about another 20 people around trying to get a taxi to go to the airport or to the city. The supervisor girl at the reception was rude when I complained about the minibar consume I didn't do She hunged up on me on the phone and when I reached to the reception she was even worst rude Seems like when you have a problem and need assistance no one cares to give you a hand Hotel's beach is confortable though to rest and have a nice and quiet stay. You better take the buffet for dinner because when you order from the menu takes very long!! 20 mins to bring you a water to your table after you order it and about an hour waiting for the main course Quality of the menu is not the best. Buffet ok Although me and my mom got food poisoned. And at the nursery we were told it "was a virus" No farmacy around to buy medicine. You better take some with you. Just in case. We ordered it over the phone and it took about an hour to get it. It was my third visit to this hotel and I could see less quality and not so good service as before. Although is one of the few hotels which private beach. if that is what you looking for I recommend it

A GREAT ALL ROUND GETAWAY

It was our first trip to Cartagena;hopefully not our last as we'd love to go back to The Americas. Very friendly staff who even when busy gave impression of being relaxed and having time for you. Had we wanted to stay on site the whole time, there would have been plenty to do and we would like to make more use of the lovely swimming pool on another visit. Security in hotel was excellent and very reassuring.

Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern sehr geeignet

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern wegen zahlreicher Möglichkeiten, z.B. Mehrere Pools. Sauberer Strand und nach 22 Uhr ist kaum noch jemand in der großzügigen Anlage unterwegs. Die Restauration ist eher durchschnittlich und das Personal mitunter orientierungslos. Ansonsten sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit.
