Apart from the service at the Vertigo being slow and the man who checked me in being unfriendly I had a brilliant time. The hotel was luxurious, great and efficient service, large and luxurious room with plenty of amenities, lovely pool and brilliant bars and restaurants. As I said the service at the Vertigo was poor for the price, but the food was excellent and the views are breathtaking! The staff were polite though up there in vertigo. The buffet breakfast in the rosemrai restaurant was excellent we it’s a vast selection of food and great quality of food too. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want luxury and plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend to book or upgrade to the club lounge.

We had a fabulous, 3 week holiday in Thailand and ended it with 4 nights at Banyan Tree, Bangkok. We were very happy during our stay there. We used the Club lounge facility and we were impressed by the food and beverages offered. I would particularly like to thank Anita, Bomb & Penchan for their professional and friendly attitudes. They are obviously very content working for this company and it shows through in their approach to customers. The hotel is beautifully maintained, breakfast was excellent, customer service is second to none, we'll definitely be returning.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Banyan Tree war perfekt. Schon beim Check-in haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und überaus sauber. Das Badezimmer war riesig. Das Bett war super bequem und die Bettwäsche war ein Traum. Der Service im Hotel ist unschlagbar. Unsere Tochter bekam beim Frühstück glutenfreies Brot sowie glutenfreie Muffins. Es wurden auch extra Pancakes für sie gebacken. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Traum und bietet für alle eine grosse Auswahl. Für meinen Mann habe ich im Voraus eine Geburtstagstorte bestellt was auch perfekt geklappt hat. Diese wurde uns am Abend im Restaurant Vertigo zum Nachtisch mit einem Ständchen serviert. Vielen Dank für diesen super Service. Der Geburtstag hat aber schon beim Frühstück mit einem Ständchen vom Personal und einem süssen Gruss aus der Küche wunderbar gestartet. Das war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Die top Adresse in Bangkok.
