The hotel is very beautiful, newly refurbished,very well attended, flowers and plants everywhere , a really nice touch. The night porter,when i arrived, was very friendly and nice.The only ting i didn't liked was the fact that there was NO TOILETRIES whatsoever in the bathroom and the fact that ,although there was a very nice Nespresso machine in the room,there were no pods for the machine,and that's a pity, its a waste of the machine,also no kettle or teabags, absolutely nothing, the machine was just sitting there mocking me. The mattresses were the old springy type, not the memory foam most hotels have now days.

Dear Daniel, Thank you kindly for your feedback. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed the interior and extra touches around the hotel during your stay and also that James, our night porter made an impression on your arrival. I am however sorry to read that you didn't have tea or coffee making facilities in your room. Each of our 30 bedrooms are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, tea bags, coffee pods and sugar. Although the coffee machine is in a displayed area of the room the rest of the tea and coffee making facilities are in our wardrobe on a pull out drawer. In regards to the bathroom amenities I am truly sorry to hear that there was no shampoo or conditioner which is a standard in our bathrooms for each bedroom. I will definitely be bringing this up with the housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Again, I am sorry that you felt that there was no bedroom or bathroom amenities and I will work to ensure that this is rectified going forward.
