Dear Daniel, Thank you kindly for your feedback. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed the interior and extra touches around the hotel during your stay and also that James, our night porter made an impression on your arrival. I am however sorry to read that you didn't have tea or coffee making facilities in your room. Each of our 30 bedrooms are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, tea bags, coffee pods and sugar. Although the coffee machine is in a displayed area of the room the rest of the tea and coffee making facilities are in our wardrobe on a pull out drawer. In regards to the bathroom amenities I am truly sorry to hear that there was no shampoo or conditioner which is a standard in our bathrooms for each bedroom. I will definitely be bringing this up with the housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Again, I am sorry that you felt that there was no bedroom or bathroom amenities and I will work to ensure that this is rectified going forward.
