Executive room for 3 days

After reading reviews about this hotel I had my doubts however we had a pleasent stay and the breakfast and executive lounge was very nice. Not too far from city centre (15 mins walk) and would definetly stay there again.

A shiny and spacious hotel

Pros: Spacious, well furnished room and comfortable bed
Cons: Attentiveness of Reception staff who seemed in no hurry to assist guests.
Location: The hotel was not as close to the large harbour as I'd expected and so I didn't discover the lovely views and walk by the water until my last day.
The hotel was quite a long , and rather grim, walk from the central station, but was Ok for Dybbelsbro station which I used more often. The quick breakfast option in the bar was very useful for me, and the bar staff very helpful.

A lovely hotel

A large business hotel, looks good and has a lot of facilities and good bars etc. Close to a good large shopping mall, so you can always go there for your breakfast. My only small negative point is, if your not much of a walker, the town centre is a good 15-20 min walk.

Great service and close to river.

Pros: Modern hotel with a great service. We had an executive room toward the river. Executive breakfast was really good.
Cons: Carpet in the room was a bit old and dirty. There was not enough elevators to 10th floor.
Location: There is a great mall next to the hotel. If you like to see copenhagen by the see then you can rent a boat. Tivoli is about 1.5km away.
We were here in July 2016. Staff is really friendly and there is lots of people working at the hotel. You always got service within 5 minutes.

Good location

I stayed at the hotel over Christmas and had a nice time. It is close to both the main train station as well as Dybbølsbro station. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and the City Sightseeing bus tour stops at the hotel as well. The Fisketorvet shopping centre is just across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice and was tasty. The twin room was a bit cramped for 2 people.

Recommed for families

Hotel is very family friendly, our kids would of preferred to spend all their time at the hotel pool and play areas rather than visit Copenhagen. Recommend the sushi restaurant at the hotel.

Awesome Family Trip...!!!

Excellent hotel well located and really good breakfast buffet. The standard of cleanness was excellent and the rooms were fabulously spacious. On the downside, the hotel were not able to check us in until 3.00pm on the dot despite being at their desk at 2.45pm furthermore, when they did check us in they did not put our rooms together / next to each other...!!!

Fabulous base for the city

Great hotel, lovely rooms and facilities. Staff all very helpful (except the 3 we came across on the just below top floor in the new block, who told us that there was no cocktail bar on the top floor - and there WAS - a great little bar with fab outside area it was too!!). Good base as walkable into the city and also close to Vestebro where all the reasonably priced restaurants are. Mona the concierge was really helpful when I realised I needed to print off boarding passes and did them all for me. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Family get together

The hotel is surprisingly well located. On a map it seems out of the way but it was a 12-min walk from the main station and, if you walk along the waterfront, you can reach Nyhavn in about 20 min on foot. Then - if you turn right and right again from the hotel front door you cross the railway lines to the Meatpacking District where there are many good and reasonably priced restaurants. An odd and potentially dangerous feature of the rooms facing over the entrance (ours was on the 10th floor) was that a patio door opened fully to face a glass partition that only came up to waist height. You would certainly want to be very watchful of children above the age of about 6 years - and I wouldn't want them to be in the room on their own. This really needs restricters on the doors to prevent full opening! The staff in reception were formulaic rather than warm but that was no great issue. The staff in the rooftop bar didn't seem to understand that their role was to look out for customers and attend to their needs. After more than 10 min wait we had to go and look for one of them to take our order. Pool area and children's play space in the basement was very good.

Excellent Breakfast

Quality 4* hotel. Comfortable, although slightly small room, with lovely views of the water and an excellent breakfast. 15 minute walk to tivoli gardens- a must see.
