Nice hotel very helpful staff

Best hotel iv stayed in spotless clean room service comes under five mins of the call to reception . Fresh towels etc each day. Only one down fall is the price of breakfast.I think the room should also have a map in it .there was clubs pubs etc very close to it only found out the last night and they where actually better than the center ones. Overall grest spot ,great staff English speaking and German they really do go out there way for you.

Family trip to Carnival

Group of 7 for Carnival. Really good location with only a couple of minutes walk to the start of the canal where all parades were on and shops. Staff were really helpful and has a 24 hour bar in reception. Great value for money.

Business Trip

Very clean hotel, Staff very nice, great location, however standard room very small, not ideal for Business trips >3 days

Sad business experience

The "free internet access" is useless (extremely slow and no bandwith). I made the remark at the reception. The response was: "you can upgrade if you want a better connection". Breakfast: minimum quality / cheap (especially the ham). Orange joice was good.

Gut isoliertes Zimmer (Junior Suite 5. Stock) welches den teils starken Lärm durch feiernde Passanten und Sirenengeheul gut abschirmte. Hotel war stark unterbucht (9 Zimmer) was mehr Freiraum im Hotel und Speisesaal ergab. Freundliches Personal, so wie man es eigentlich erwartet. Nahe an der Kö, Metro und Bahnhof in zu Fuß erreichbarer Distanz. Alles in allem ein netter Aufenthalt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel.

Leider konnte unsere Buchung nicht durchgeführt werden, da das Haus geschlossen war auf Grund der derzeitigen Situation. Auf unsere Rückantwort haben wir leider keine Antwort erhalten. Beim Anruf konnte uns auch keine zufriedenstellende Antwort gegeben.

Preis-Leistung TOP, Sehr gutes Frühstück, Parken 17 Euro entweder im Hotel oder im Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke. Nähe zur KÖ und zum Rhein. zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
