Bei der Ankunft hat keiner der 3 Fahrstühle funktioniert. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat es erst auf die Fehlbedienung der Gäste geschoben und erst nach einigen Minuten reagiert und für Abhilfe gesorgt.

Sauber, super Service, sehr gutes Preis /Leistungsverhältnis, tolle Lage mitten in Little Tokio und nahe Hbf., Kö, Altstadt.

SPA Bereich war nicht zugänglich. Da das Hotel ausschliesslich wegen dem SPA Bereich gebucht wurde, konnten die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt werden. Preis - Leistung stimmte nicht!
