Pretty Good

Good location but the street could be a bit noisy at night. Very friendly reception on arrival. Nice big family room, and free wifi very useful when overseas. A bit weird that we got asked to pay for breakfast the last morning before we departed. Unfortunately our Italian not good enough to debate with the breakfast lady and no management on site.

très bon accueil, par contre attention pas de réception 24/24h,en cas de problème, pas évident donc! chambre très petite, mais propre, literie confortable, salle de bain très correcte, coin douche assez grand où on peut se tourner. attention pas de terrasse dans l'hôtel, comme vu en photo sur le site , je ne sais pas d'où cette photo a été prise,car la réception m'a confirmée qu'il n'y avait pas de terrasse! petit déjeuner dans la chambre, c'est un plateau avec nescafé, thé,croissant sous plastique,petit paquet de céréales, avec petit frigo,yaourts, lait et beurre,petite bouteille de jus de fruits! pas de fruits frais, ou produits frais,pain ou viennoiseries fraiches,pas de salés! Ok,du coup on déjeune à l'heure qu'on veut, mais vu le prix de l'hôtel,c'est un peu moyen comme système! arret de bus C2 à 2 pas vers la poste pour aller direct à la gare. restaurants ou petite superette à 2 pas aussi. hôtel pas trop mal insonorisé, mais ceux qui veulent du calme c'est raté par l'environnement extérieur, car à côté de la place Santa Croce, restaurants bruyants? animés jusqu'à 4h30 du mat au moins!

Das Hotel war etwas schwer zu finden. Lage war gut, neben Santa Croce und nicht weit von der Ponte Vecchio. Schöne Aussicht vom Hoteldach.

Beim Bed and Breakfast kein Breakfast?

Ja, tatsächlich, das Frühstück war nicht inkludiert, es hätten pro person und tag noch einmal ca. 10 euro draufgezahlt werden sollen und das für aufbackbrötchen? nein, da haben wir lieber drauf verzichtet und haben uns für 2 euro im supermarkt eine frische focaccia geholt! die dachterrasse konnten wir somit auch nicht genießen. der check in wurde von einem seeeehr strangen typen gemacht... das zimmer war recht nett, das badezimmer hat etwas gestunken, die laken wurden auch nicht am 3. tag gewechselt, obwohl es angekündigt war. klimaanlage und zimmer waren sonst okay, das zimmer ging in einen ruhigen innenhof. fernseher ist nur auf italienisch, den kann man also wenn man kein italienisch spricht vergessen. die sitzgelegenheiten im sehr kleinen zimmer bestanden aus einem klapprigen roten stoffbezogenen sessel und einem dazugehörigen hocker, bei denen beiden ein fuss locker war. also auch nicht unbedingt das gelbe vom ei. und dazu muss ich sagen, dass wir 60 euro pro nacht gezahlt haben. dafür ist das zimmer total okay, aber wenn leute mehr für diese absteige berappen müssen finde ich das sehr übertrieben.
