The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are great. My only problems were the lack of lighting in the corridors and in the room itself. The late breakfast is a great idea and the food was nice.

great city break to florence

Pros: great location- within walking distance to station , restaurants and attractions.
Cons: Air con bit noisy - needed ear plugs - otherwise very nice and cosy
Location: Great sites and attractions. Nice restaurants . Amazing food hall above the central market open till late!
Had a great time. The sites were as described in the guide books.Walked everywhere. The Firenz card , valid for 72 hours , gives you entry to the main attractions. worthwhile if you are there for three days but is quite difficult to see all the attractions in this short time . Amazing food hall above the main central market building.Open till late.

Klasse

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war Freundlich und die Einrichtung gefiel. Das Frühstück war Frisch und Gut und hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums aber durch einen 10-15 minütigem Spaziergang schnell erreicht. Im ganzen waren wir mehr als zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend.Zimmer und Bad eher klein.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Personal an der Reception war zuvorkommend, konnte uns die Fragen bezüglich Busverbindungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten beantworten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Z.B. wurden die Zahngläser täglich geputzt:-). Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz konnten wir grösstenteils zu Fuss erreichen. Unser Zimmer und das Bad sind eher klein. Im Bad fehlen die Ablageflächen für Konsmetika..: Wir waren ja auch 2 Frauen! Gefehlt haben lediglich die Kosmetiktücher und ein 2. Zahnbecher mit Halterung, sonst war alles vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet incl. Kaffeemaschiene war ausgewogen. Hätte mir evtl. einen Fruchsalat gewünscht. Obst war aber in grosser Vielfalt vorhanden. Das Design des Hotels ist einfach genial!

Ensimmäinen Italian matka

Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä, henkilökunta antoi hyviä vinkkejä ruokapaikkojen ja ostospaikkojen suhteen! Hotelli oli tarpeisiimme sopiva, etäisyydet tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin kävelymatkan päässä. Sisäilmaongelmainen ystävä sai hieman hengitystieoireita, mutta pystyimme olemaan kuusi yötä pahemmin sairastumatta.
