Conveniently located on the ring road. Staff were great. Only issue was that I think they should review signage directing guests to and from lifts and clearer signage indicating floors in lift lobbies. Elderly people etc would be challenged and I saw at least 2 sets of guests ‘lost’. I was on 4th floor.

Bright and airy reception - good breakfast selection. Comfortable bed. Room very dusty and a bit tired - lots of draught from window. Poor service when TV not working in room for 2 nights, maintenance attended and just pressed different buttons on TV for approx 15 mins - after which TV didn’t even turn on. Asked for change of room - he said he would discuss with reception if room available, and they would leave a note regarding this whilst I went out for dinner. When I returned from dinner No note and no new room. Poor service and facilities for 4* hotel, especially considering the c.£110 price per night for one person. Would not rush back, better business hotels in Galway for sure.
