Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä, sängyt olivat mukavat. Hotellista löytyy useampia saunoja, mitä sai käyttää ilmaiseksi. Parvekkeen oven kanssa kannattaa ennen avaamista perehtyä miten sen toimii.

Speisenauswahl und Zubereitung kalt und zu wenig, Personal langsam und nicht zuvorkommend. Kein Angebot für Kinder/Jugendliche (z.B. Tischtennis, Spielzimmer) Familienzimmer gut ausgestattet. Saunabereich ok.

Hallo Rouven, und vielen Dank für die Bewertung, jede Kritik ist zugleich auch eine Chance. Im Rahmen der Halbpension (welche Sie gebucht haben) hat man zwei feste Gänge (Suppe / Salat / kalte o. warme Vorspeise) sowie die Wahl aus 3 Hauptgängen (einer davon vegetarisch) sowie ein festes Dessert. Wenn einem ein Gang nicht zusagt, kann man natürlich individuell beim Kellner noch etwas tauschen... aber bei19 EUR für ein 4 Gang Menü halten wir das für ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können bei diesem Budget nicht ein großes Buffet stellen, da müssten wir teurer werden... ich hoffe, Sie haben hierfür Verständnis. Bei dem Angebot für Kinder jedoch muss ich wenigstens anmerken, dass hier auch nichts ausgeschrieben ist. Wir sind nicht spezifisch auf Familien ausgerichtet und bewerben das auch nicht... insofern kann ich zwar verstehen, dass Sie sich entsprechende Räumlichkeiten gewünscht hätten, aber wir versuchen wenigstens transparent zu sein, dass es derartiges bei uns nicht gibt. Als Tipp: wenn Sie ein auf Familien spezialisiertes Haus suchen, das Leiner in Garmisch wäre hier eine gute Adresse :-) Wir wünschen Ihnen stets gute Reise

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption,tolles Zimmer, nicht weit vom Zentrum, mit dem Bus der direkt vor der Tür hält 10 Min. Leckeres Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant, Für Skifahrer super Infos und Karten auch gleich im Hotel kaufen! Wer mag kann es sich auch in der Sauna oder einer Massage gut gehen lassen!
