Good value for money hotel which is well located a short stroll from the main square with friendly and helpful staff. Negatives would be drainage smell in bathroom and dated decor, also a little noisy in rooms facing the road.

Friendly staff, lovely size room and really comfy bed! Shower was powerful and hot! Very close to market square (5 minutes walk). Overall great hotel and would stay here again in the future!! Thanks guys

Great Location

Great hotel for a city break, next door was a late night convenience store and only a 10 minute easy walk to the main square. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent for about £5. Batchroom had a bit of a smell but thats our only complaint and it didn’t really bother us as we were out most of the time. Perfect hotel for a city break.

Lively city

Pros: 24 h reception , clean towels every day , FIRST OF ALL location close to the Old Town.
Cons: There was not any shelf for a shampoo bottle in the shower !
Location: Old Town, Kazimierz, Wavel, ghetto, Schindler's Factory. The many Michelin level restaurants. See the painting : da Vinci / Lady with an ermite !
I recommend Krakow for tourists that are looking for a 6 day city vacation.

Brilliant location

Pros: loved the location. It was very clean and the staff were lovely. We had breakfast on 2 mornings which was very filling and set us up for the day.
Cons: Maybe to ask for a room at the back of the building as the trams start very early in the morning. Other than that the hotel is excellent.
Location: I think I have covered stuff to do in the above question - number 1
This hotel is in a brilliant location. Just 5 minutes walk from the main square in one direction and a fabulous shopping centre in the other direction. While walking in either direction there are beautiful buildings, steeped in history. We packed a lot into our weekend - Saturday - The Salt Mines which were amazing......Sunday - Auchwitz tough trip, and we did Schinders factory on Monday morning. If it is your intention to do all the trips be prepared for walking and wear comfy shoes, particularly for Auchwitz and the salt mines. Weather this year at the end of November was mixed - it was very mild but got cold also and we got a lovely flurry of snow yesterday before we returned home. I recommend to wrap in layers and that way you can peel off if you get hot.

perfect stay

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. In a nice location only a few minutes to market square. We will use this hotel next time we visit Krakow.
