I can only imagine how uncomfortable you were then, and I understand that. Please be convinced, however, that it was not our bad intention to disturb your peace. Every our visit in guests room is to make service in agree with our internal procedures. It is always to ensure the highest standard of service and cleanliness.I wanted to contact you on Friday as you asked for, but I couldn't get through to you. I asked the reception to apologize to you on my behalf, explain the situation and offer a small free voucher in the restaurant. If the front desk staff did not do this please let me know. Each guest is very important to us and we treat each one with due respect. If during your stay there were other circumstances that intensify your negative impression, write me about it please.
