Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review. Could you please tell us which room wasn't clean, had no heating system and was mouldy? This is really not the service we are used to provide and hope you will advise this in the future directly to the front desk so we can resolve this troubles directly (changing the room, etc. etc.).
