Die Unterkunft war perfekt sobald wir im Hotel waren. Die äusserst freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen, die schönen Design Zimmer, das hervorragende Frühstück, wir haben nichts gefunden, was nicht optimal eingerichtet wäre. Das Hotel ist ein Jahr alt und wir hoffen, dass es auch so professionell bleiben wird. Ein negativer Punkt jedoch: bei Ankunft muss man die Koffer über einen sehr grossen Platz tragen, der absolut nicht praktisch ist, nicht bedeckt falls es regnen würde was eigentlich nicht zum Rest passt (!) und man kann auch nicht mit dem PKW zum Eingang fahren. Denkfehler?? Das Parkhaus ist nicht weit, aber nicht mit dem Hotel verbunden. (13 Euros pro Tag ist auch teuer).

In den Stosszeiten muss man sehr sehr lange warten bis man das Zimmer beziehen kann oder wenn man zahlen möchte. Jedes mal werden 50 Euro pro Tag zusätzlich auf der Kreditkarte belastet, obwohl ich Member bin und sehr oft in diesem Hotel übernachte. Die Raucher werden total diskriminiert. Draussen dort wo man noch rauchen darf hat es zu weinig Aschenbecher. Zusätzlich muss man noch 13.50 Euro bezahlen für das Fz. Während dem Oktoberfest musste ich 148 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlen. (Corporate Rate) Auf Ebookers war das Zimmer aber für 107 Euro erhältlich. Was ist da los mit diesem Hotel? Die Zimmertüren gehen extrem streng auf und machen einen höllen Krach wenn sie schliessen so dass man ständig gestört wird! Einfach nicht gut. Traurig dass es keine Alternative gibt um Oberpfaffenhofen. Ich muss leider dort in der Nähe ein Hotel haben da ich auf dem Flugplatz arbeite.

Praktisch gelegen und neu enttäuscht das Courtyard den Gast nicht. Alle gewohnten Annehmlichkeiten, die aus den USA vertraut sind, finden sich auch hier.

abgelegenes Hotel

abgelegen, personal unfreundlich...diskutiert gerne mit Kunden statt kundenorientiert zu handeln, kein Minibar...ich vermeide im Zukunft das Hotel...
