Excellent hotel location. Overall stay was very good, check-in was a little slow, liked the attempt at a chat, but after a long days travel we just wanted a rest! Place was spotlessly clean, housekeeping were very sewer and efficient. Was a nice bonus to have the food and beverage credit during our stay. Only feedback would be that there needed to be more staff in the Starbucks and would have been nice to have food costs displayed! Check out was very easy, loved being able to do this on our TV. Overall a solid hotel choice for a city stay.

Gros problème de personnel pour les petits déjeuner : beaucoup d'attente alors que la salle est à moitié pleine, réponse à la limite de l'agressif lorsqu'on leur fait part de notre mécontentement. Bref, vraiment déçu, alors que j'en avais gardé un tellement bon souvenir lors de mon précédent séjour à New York
