Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The hotel is smart. I was disappointed with the general condition of my room. It was very tired looking, had a foist smell about it and the bathroom was in need of a refurb...the bath was quit horrible. I've stayed at this hotel before and my last room was lovely ...
This is a lovely, well-run old hotel in the centre if Norwich. There is a lot going on in the hotel and a lot of clubs nearby so it can get a bit noisy in the evening, but it quietens down by midnight.
I liked that the staff were friendly and our request for extra pillows was dealt with promptly and with a smile!
