Amazing trip!!

The Villa's are amazing, all amenitys .... Swimming pool was lovely after a day in the parks..... The villas are really close to the parks and yet just far enough to be off the busy tracks. There is a shopping centre next to the villas where you can buy everything you need. The villa was clean and we absolutely loved the jacuzzi in the bathrrom! The bar and entertainment in the evening was really good, altho we didn't make much use as we were tired after days spent walking kilometers in the parks. Lovely friendly staff. Will stay here again!

Excellent resort

Just returned from a holiday in Regal Palms Spa and Resort - had the best time, couldn't fault the accommodation, the amenities or staff. The swimming pool was fab and the resort is in a perfect location to Disney - far enough away but not too far! BRILLIANT!

3011 Calabria House

Check-in very smooth and quick. Normally we stay in a villa but decided to go with a resort townhouse this visit. House was 3 bed/2.5 bath and was ample for our needs. Only negatives were that there was no Wifi for the 1st 2 weeks of visit (it was installed along with cable for the 3rd week) and there was only one sofa in the lounge - with 4 people that's a struggle although other dining chairs and table were there. Also no outside seating area (tiny patio out the back but only one chair). The house we stayed in was quite a distance from the resort - a good 10 - 15 minutes walk away, although we spent most time at the parks so only used the facilities a few times. Toiletries were provided once a week.Travel time to Disney is about 30 mins and Universal about 40 mins (don't use 192 as this gets busy and can increase driving time, go S on 27 and then take Ronald Reagan Pkway and then left onto Championsgate to join the I4). Publix/Applebees etc within walking distance and large Walmart a few miles along the 27.

Great place for family holiday

We have just returned from a 3 week family holiday in Regal Palms . It was a wonderful place to stay - perfect location. The pool was good but the lazy river and hot tub were wonderful - and it stays open til 2a.m. at weekends. Great spot for families with teenagers. Publix supermarket just a few minutes away . Nice staff. Only 20 minutes to Disney.

Regal Palms

Had a wonderful time, amenities were superb. found it busy around the Easter period, as this is the US's "spring break" time, all added to a fantastic atmosphere. Would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay outside the main Disney attractions.

Excellent for families with young children

Our late arrival at Midnight was no problem with very helpful staff on reception. A very clear site map was provided to guide us to our very well appointed villas. Our only disappointment was breakfast next morning (Sunday) in the on site restaurant, where after waiting over 45 mins after ordering, the cooked food was not only cold but awful. Although we were given a partial refund we wasted most of the morning then finding somewhere else to eat. The pool area was fantastic for our four young boys who spent as much time as possible there when not away from the villa at attractions. Having a hire car the furthest attraction resort that we visited 'Universal Studios' was less than an hour away even in rush hour. All in all a great hoilday.

It does what it says on the tin.

We found the villa to be spacious and comfortable. Handy location for Disney - only 20 minutes away by car. Good local shops and places to eat. Pool area is very good for swimmers and loungers alike. The estate is well maimtained and quiet. Good mix of ages and nationalities.

Heerlijke amerika ervaring

Fijne appartement, net alsof je thuis bent. Wifi is heel goed, slaapkamers met eigen badkamers heel luxe en eigen flatscreen tv.
