Gebucht mit Frühstück und Abendessen. Bei Anreise etwas nach 21.00 nichts mehr zu essen bekommen (obschon informiert, mit Aufpreis), Frühstück am Abreisetag nicht wie auf dem Infozettel um 6.30 sondern erst um 7.30. Das earlybird-Frühstück war ein Witz. Ein paar Scheiben trockenes Brot und Aufschnitt, Apfelsaft im Tetrapack, kein Tee oder Kaffee. Personal war sich untereinander nicht einig. Beim Zimmer war wohl die Heizung und die Entlüftung defekt. Wir hatten kalt und im Bad wars feucht. Schade

Effizienter check-in, Zimmer ist gross genug für 2 Personen, tadellose sanitäre Einrichtungen. Wegen Corona Reinigung nur sporadisch was ok ist und zudem die Umwelt schont. Sehr grosses Frühstückbuffet, besonders die Brotauswahl sehr schmackhaft. Angebotenes Abendessen ist Geschmacksache. Freitag- und Samstagnacht etwas laut, sonst sehr ruhig. Gut und zentral gelegen, 5-7 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof, Tramhaltestelle vor dem Hotel (z. B. direkt zum Nobelpreiszentrum).
