The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had some issues with our room and the reception staff was happy to help us. The food at the hotel was absolutely terrible. We only had a few decent meals at the hotel during our stay. Our room was okay, but it needs to be updated. Our room was facing the pool area, and it gets very loud during the evening. The area surrounding the hotel is quite filthy and there is not that many restaurants close to the hotel. The spa was nice and they offered very relaxing treatments. The overall experience was unfortunately quite underwhelming, and I would not visit this hotel again.

Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne und erfüllt die Anforderungen aber mehr auch nicht. Die Meisten Gäste sind Polen oder Engländer und das Angebot ist genau auf diese Gäste ausgerichtet.

Swim up -huone oli kiva ja toimiva. Henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä ja palvelu erinomaista. Ruoka oli todella hyvää, vaihtelevaa. Ohjelma oli myös mukavaa. Kokonaisuutena erittäin onnistunut loma. Miinuksena allasalue oli aika tukkoinen ja ahdas ja aurinkotuoleja ei riittänyt, jos ei niitä ollut aikaisin aamulla varaamassa. Olimmekin sitten enimmäkseen swim up -altaallamme sekä meren rannalla, joka oli aivan vieressä.

Huoneessa oli hometta ja siivous oli todella puutteellista. Lattiat olivat siivouksen jälkeenkin todella likaiset eikä hotellihuoneen tasoja / vessaa pesty. Lakanoista ainoastaan peittona oleva lakana vaihdettiin. Ruoka oli ala-arvoista - aina kylmää ja hedelmät ja kasvikset maistuivat usein pilaantuneilta. Plussana oli iso uima-allas.

Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Siisti hotelli, hyvää ruokaa. Hotellialue hyvin hoidettu. Vihreä puistomainen puutarha. Rauhallisella alueella. Mukava hiljainen rantatie. Pitkä uimaranta heti tien toisella puolella. Mereen pääsi uimaan monesta eri kohdasta. Pienen kävelymatkan päässä oli myös maksullisia rantatuoleja 3€ päivä. Hiljaista ja rauhallista ainakin näin syyskuun lopussa. Lämmintä ja aurinkoa riitti. Hotellin uima-allasalue riittävän kokoinen. Oli ohjattua toimintaa päivittäin. Hotellissa tehty korjauksia ja kunnossa pitoon kiinnitetty huomiota. Kaikkia paikkoja ei ymmärrettävästi voida samanaikaisesti korjata. Kylpyhuoneessa näkyi kuluneisuutta ja huoneen ovi oli äänieristykseltään huono. Muuten huoneen äänieristyksessä ei moitteita. Parvekkeen lattialaudat näyttivät myös huonoilta. Kokonaisuudessaan hotelli oli loistava. Tiedän minne hotelliin menen jos matkustan Rodokselle.

Lähellä lentokenttää, ranta aivan tuntumassa, hyvät ruoat ja hanasta itsepalveluna lounaan/illallisen yhteydessä juomat. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja mukava yleistunnelma. Lentokoneet laskeutuvat hotellin yli, yöllä kuitenkin rauhallista/hiljaista.
