Beim Einchecken war die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht verfügbar, man gab uns ein Upgrade. Zimmer 510, direkt unter der Küche des Frühstücksraum! Schrecklich laut durch das Personal in der Küche! Ich beantragte sofort ein anderes Zimmer, das Personal wusste dass das Zimmer unter einer Küche ist und somit sehr lärmig! Nach Diskussion erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer im 4. Stock welches zwar kleiner aber ruhiger war! Reception nicht kompetent!

Das Hotel entspricht meiner Meinung nicht mehr an einem 5 Sterne Hotel Die Preis Leistung stimmte überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war. hingegen sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Elegantes Hotel bei Vills Borghese

Schönes elegsntes Hotel mit gutem Service. Schöne Aussicht aus einzelnen Zimmern.

Hotel für Ältere

Pros: Die tolla Lage und hochwertige Ausstattung der Zimmer.
Cons: Gäste jeder Altersgruppe und Herkunft sollten gleich behandelt werden.
Location: Spanische Treppe, Pantheon
Das Hotel entspricht in seiner Ausstattung einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Nähe zur Altsatdt und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist optimal. Das Personal war jedoch nicht freundlich. Als unter 50 Jährige kamen wir uns teilweise sehr deplatziert vor. Dem Klientel nicht entsprechen konnten wir uns leider nicht wohlfühen.

Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä, kaikesta huomaa kyllä että kyseessä 5-tähden hotelli. Se tunne kun olet astumassa aamiaistilaan, kertakaikkiaan loistava.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel an ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Super Frühstücksbüffet.

ce n'est pas un cinq étoiles

La qualité d'un 5 étoiles n'est pas là. Robinetterie sdb défectueuse. Attente à la réception pour demander un renseignement, pas de "concierge" et surtout, internet wifi totalement nul et facturé 17€/j. Une minute pour ouvrir google, quand ça l'ouvre! Breakfast médiocre pour 35€. Hotel intéressant si booké avec une excellente promotion.
