We are really disappointed to receive such a bad comment from you and most of all we are very concerned by the fact that we were not able to fulfill your expectations even if we have tried really hard to help you during your stay here. However, we find your comment really inaccurate and quite unfair regarding our staff members. Our staff and service provided is considered on an excellent level as you can easily realize from our guests feedback. I am quite surprised and disappointed as during your check out, you stated that you had a wonderful and memorable experience!
