Excellent in every aspect!

Grand Continental was excellent on every aspect. The building and the location are just amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly, extremely helpful, and very polite. Despite the size of the hotel, I had a feeling that I was staying at a family's run.. the warmth and the charm of everyone in the grounds made my stay very unique! For sure highly tecommeded, and deffinitely is my place to stay again when in Siena!

Das Personal ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Parkservice ist mit 45€ etwas teuer. Die zentrale Lage macht das Hotel alternativlos.

Das Hotel befindet sich an der besten Lage und nur wenige Schritte von sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Selbst das Erreichen des Hotels mit dem Auto war kein Problem, die Fahranleitung des Hotels war sehr hilfreich. Würde in einem solchen Falle unbedingt empfehlen das Hotel vorgängigzu kontaktieren, da sich das Hotel in einer Fussgängerzone bzw. beschränkt befahrbarenZone befindet. Parking kostet EUR 45/ Tag, dies war uns aber wert...
