The hotel is quite nice, check in staff were nice. My rating for this stay was made upon finding a dirty nappy under the suitcase holder which obviously had not been moved to clean and had been left by previous guests. Absolutely disgusting and no I would not return if that is a reflection of standards.

It was the worst wkend break we have ever had food service room.service and cleanliness of the pool all very disappointed

Family Holiday

Pros: Location; Cleanness; WiFi; Pool and facilities
Cons: Room rate was too high; Breakfast menu was not good there were only 4 items on the menu.
Location: Glencar waterfall; Rose of innisfree boat trip
We stayed in the hotel for a night. It was at the good location and has wonderful facilities. We stayed in the family suite which was spacious enough. WiFi was also good. Kids enjoyed the pool. For some reasons the bouncy castle in the pool was not inflated when we were there.
