Air conditioner in room set on 60 degrees...room just barable. Room infested with roaches. 1 bed busted with bar hanging down to floor. Little support on other bed ( you roll towards the middle). The pillows go flat immediately so they fold them in half and fold the pillowcase underneathe. The pool was nice but no clean towels in the clean towel bin 2 days. Total of about 6 sun chairs but 2 are broken. No restaurant or bar anymore. The staff took 10 percent off bill as compensation.

One of the beds in our room sqeaked very loud when sat on or when turning over. It seemed broken. The pillows were lumpy and flat. Both beds were very uncomfortable and resulted in backaches, neck stiffness, and headaches.
