Zentral gelegenes hotel.waten etwas erstaunt, dass wir in der dependance untergebracht waren. Gutes sauberes und sehr ruhiges Zimmer. In 5 min am canale grande und am markusplatz! Leider hatten wir in der letzten nacht einen sehr lauten nachbarn, der uns 4 std der nachtruhe raubte...
Das frühstück ist mit 15.euro doch etwas teuer, abet sehr nettes personal...

Nice Hotel with Venice Charme
Pros:The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very quiet but still very central. All major sights are within walking distance.
Cons:Some things have become a bit old. This has a certain charm, but shower and hotel furniture could be renewed.
Location:It is near by San Marcus Place and Dom and Dogen Palace.
We have searched for a hotel, which is centrally to most sights. As an addition we wanted a continental breakfast and WLAN in the room. The hotel was in walking distance within 10 minutes, if you take the ferry to San Zaccharia (Daniel).
The room was quite small, but it was enough for 3 nights. And we were not in the room all the time, the size was okay.
The TV was not so good. There was one German channel (Pro7) which only partly worked.
The rest was in English or Italian.
There was a small refrigerator in the room and a working air conditioning.
We were very pleased with the hotel and would love to stay there again.

Excellent family hotel close to San Marco Sq.
This family run boutique hotel is just behind San Marco Square in a hidden corner. Very beautiful with an excellent back garden and a beautiful breakfast terrace.
Concierge service is very helpful and the rooms are big and comfortable.
We come again. Thank you Lisa for all your help.

Super Lage, gutes Dreisterne-Hotel
Gut geführtes Haus in bester Lage. Wenige Minuten Fußweg zur Vaporetti-Station San Zaccharia und zum Markusplatz.

Ma non troppo
Un trois étoiles qui gagnerait à être plus attentif aux détails (chasse d'eau qui coule toute la nuit, serviettes oubliées, douche qui inonde toute la salle de bain), impression heureusement rattrapée par le service du petit déjeuner et l'accueil.
