Lovely relaxing ambiance. Very clean. Beautiful rooms. Disappointed our spa session involved what seemed like a deep clean on the sauna and steam room as we couldn’t use them. Gym was great. Confused and felt missed the trick to come back to a room not made. Granted we asked at reception and they then said if staying for more than one night then request it. This is understandable - however I see this as nothing to do with your eco friendly strategies but a cost of your labour. The balance of this service and touch for a customer being taken away I think at £160 a night is poorly received when they should make the bed, fill up the coffee and tea and toilet rolls… should we really have to ask for this upon finding out this isn’t a service daily? I think you’d be wise to make the point known aside from me having to find it on the app.

This property in the main is great. Lovely rooms a d comfy beds. The lady on check in was quite curt and made me wait whilst she was doing something else. I got to my room after 10pm and the tv wasn’t working, they did promptly come but could t fix it , I asked to swap rooms just so I could get to bed, again this was promptly done. Each room says it’s soundproofed which I think to hotel noise it probably is but I had constant train noise. Overall this is a great hotel but ask to not be on the side of the trains

Das Sofabett ist sehr unbequem für zwei Personen. Ich habe in der ersten Nacht auf dem Teppich übernachtet da ich so sehr Rückenschmerzen hatte
