We had a 2 night stay but our rooms were not cleaned so no fresh towels. Had a 40 minute wait for breakfast on 2nd day and food and tea were cold when eventually arrived. Struggled with booking everything on a tablet. We were in London for daughter’s wedding so were disappointed.

Staff where nice they upgraded. So we had a nice.Our room was a little dated however it was clean.

We had a great stay, the yacht is lovely. We paid more for an executive room with a river view and it was worth the extra money.

The room and lobby was very well kept and looked fantastic. However the wifi was pretty much non-exsistant. And the aircon/fan was just terrible. Outdated and basically just blew out hot air.
