Large clean but dated room. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Convenient for Kensington High Street.

Good location, near Kensington high street. On-site parking which is a big plus in London, though it’s £29 a day. Room was fine- clean, spacious. Bed was big and comfortable. Air conditioning in the room. I stay here regularly as it’s affordable, convenient and has parking, however the hotel is pretty dated with the furniture and decor in the rooms. Some of the light switches didn’t work. The flush didn’t always work properly. No room service (possibly due to COVID-19?) Could do with a bit of modernisation and maintenance. I’d stay here again though.

Hellhörige Zimmer, WC Papier und die Nastücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Da began die ganze Geschichte. Nach mehrmaliger Erinnerung über das QR Code Sytem (was überhaupt nicht funktioniert), die Rezeption UND 5 Telefonate!!! wurde uns dann nach etwa 20 Stunden endlich WC Papier gebracht. Das ist ein absolutes No Go, vorallem wenn man 5 Mal vom Hotelzimmer aus an die Rezeption anruft und man immer vertröstet wird, dass jemand kommen wird. Zudem war das Personal diesbezüglich sehr unfreundlich und genervt, was meine Meinung zum Hotel ins negative geändert hat. Absolut nicht nachvollziehbar, wieso man nach Anfrage zu neuem Toilettenpapier nicht direkt Nachschub bekommt und fast einen ganzen Tag warten muss! Dies hat unsere Nerven sehr strapaziert, da wir uns überhaupt nicht ernst genommen fühlten. Als wäre dies nicht genug gewesen, klopften 2 angebliche Hotelmitarbeiter am Abend an unsere Tür. Nachdem wir zuerst die Türe nicht aufmachten, klopften Sie nochmals und wollten die Zwischentür aufschliessen, da wir dies angeblich wollten, was überhaupt nicht stimmte, da wir alleine reisten und die Zimmernachbaren nicht kannten. Die 2 angeblichen Hotelarbeiter wirkten sehr unseriös. Fehlalarm ging in der Nacht los. In einem sehr kleinen Brunnen in der Lobby schwimmt 1 Koi Fisch, der gar keine Bewegungsfreiheit hat. Ehrlichgesagt hatten wir kein wirkliches Ferienfeeling nach all den negativen Erfahrungen und waren ziemlich gestresst. Werde das Hotel künftig vermeiden.
