Hotel was clean and staff very friendly, it was a very busy hotel and the breakfast area was very busy, although it was staffed very well.

Hotel booked for an overnight stay on a theatre trip. Two of our party needed disabled access. Their room couldn't have been better and all the staff were really helpful.

Broken door, 26 degree in room, tiny room,

See above and then when allocated new room...unable to get in because nobody changed it on the system! We thought somebody else was in our room with the luggage....they had to send porter up to check

Westfield centre Great location close to Westfield

Pros: Comfortable beds great location
Cons: Needs a bit of tlc
Had a great time in a very central location .. Westfield centre amazing every shop in the world and every restaurant you could want ..
