Room a disgrace - no windows , tiny claustrophobic and felt like an unfinished building we left as couldn’t stay is such a small space

Arrived at 16:15 for my check-in and rooms weren't ready. The staff asked to come back in an hour or so, as rooms were being cleaned. Came back at 18h and managed to check-in and go to the room. Once there I called the reception to ask for an iron which they didn't have available at all. Very disappointing. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but it affected my stay. Also, shower and tap don't have a lot of water pressure.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the major sights of central London, bars and restaurants. The entrance is very hidden so could confuse some people. Very grand foyer with self check in and out iPads. The hotel is very zen/minimalistic which isn’t a bad thing, however the corridors are a little confusing as everything is one colour, a difference of sign colour or lights for lifts, stairs etc would have been a good idea. The rooms are well organised, I had one with a shower behind the bed which I think is best when sharing unless you’re with a partner then the rooms with showers besides the bed are fine, the glass is frosted and can show more than you might like. The bed was comfortable, bedding nice and I really liked the power outlets with multiple USB sockets, however there wasn’t anything USB C which I thought was a missed opportunity as so many people have apple products these days. The rooms aren’t sound proof but are fairly quiet, the bathroom is nice but the showers don’t contain the water as well as they could, and the toilet sits rather high but overall the bathroom is fine. I think the rooms are overpriced for £150 but currently are priced at £69 which I feel is a more reasonable price unless booking a triple room. I would pay upto £80 a night for better amenities such as bottled water, maybe some facial pr

I ordered a transfer to the airport from the hotel,but it never came and I almost missed my plane cos they couldnt get me another transfer or taxi or anything. They should have told me earlier that the transfer isnt coming. The location of the hotel was excellent.

Le checkin et Check out étaient facile d’accès et simple à réaliser. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres ne sont vraiment pas grandes mais adéquates pour 3 jours en villes

Sauber, guter Standard, nettes Personal. Ist einigermassen gut isoliert und preislich top. Hat aber auch keine grossen Annehmlichkeiten neben einem modernen Bad und einem sauberen Bett. Ruheräume, und überall Steckdosen sind auch vorhanden.
