Hello, We are disappointed by your experience, unfortunately you made your review anonymously so we are unable to investigate and check the room you stayed in and staff working. Every guest has clean bedding on their bed upon arrival and are welcome to exchange this at anytime from our reception. Our reception is available 24hours, we invite guests to discuss any issues with us so they can be addressed straight away.

Hi Dimic, thank you for your review. We apologise for the fact your stay fell short of your expectations and that a reason for this was that your room did not match the photos on line. However these photos are of select rooms and the rooms are subject to vary. We will bear this in mind going forward and take actions to avoid such misunderstandings in future. Thank you
