Perfect location

Check in was fast and we were then taken to our apartment by a member of staff which was situated just a short walk away. Apartment just as described but it bit smaller than expected. It is on a busy street so the noise levels were very high well into the early hours and apartments by us were extremely noisy too but then that’s to be expected when people are on holiday enjoying themselves but we had our young daughter with us so this didn’t go down to well with her she couldn’t sleep, that being said it would suit younger people without children if we went again we would choose to stay in the hotel itself. The hotel also offer free afternoon tea every day from 4-6 which was amazing lots of variety on offer and a very enjoyable experience our daughter loved it. What a lovely added extra.

Zimmer, Lage top! Service leider flop - durch die Deckenlampen im Bad fliesste ein ganzer Abend lang Wasser in unser Bad (riesige Überschwemmung). Es war nur 1 Mann vor Ort, der zwar sehr freundlich allerdings absolut inkompetent war. Er konnte nichts machen und wir wurden nicht mal mehr gefragt ob es gebessert hat. Komplett unterirdischer Service in diesem Belangen!

Liebe Gäste, es tut uns leid, was passiert ist. Diese Situation wurde jedoch völlig unabhängig von unserem Willen geschaffen (der oben schlafende Gast überschwemmte das Zimmer) Leider ist während der zentralen Nachtstunden nur der Nachtportier im Dienst, um die Sicherheit der Gäste zu gewährleisten. Allerdings war in diesem konkreten Fall nicht viel zu tun ......
