Liebe Gäste, es tut uns leid, was passiert ist. Diese Situation wurde jedoch völlig unabhängig von unserem Willen geschaffen (der oben schlafende Gast überschwemmte das Zimmer) Leider ist während der zentralen Nachtstunden nur der Nachtportier im Dienst, um die Sicherheit der Gäste zu gewährleisten. Allerdings war in diesem konkreten Fall nicht viel zu tun ......
