La chambre est grande et confortable, la salle de bain est très jolie et spacieuse. La propriété est au rendez-vous. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon. La chambre donnait sur la route principale ce qui était légèrement dérangeant.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhofplatz, daher war unser Zimmer sehr laut. Aber dafür ist alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Es empfiehlt sich vor 8 Uhr 30 zu frühstücken, da nachher zu viele Leute am Buffet sind und der Sitzplatz beschränkt ist. Zudem wird es schwierig Kaffee oder Tee zu bestellen. Das Personal ist grundsätzlich sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock und warmes Wasser gab es teilweise erst nach Minuten. Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist für grosse Leute zu tief. Man darf sich auch nicht an der Duschstange festhalten, sonst hat man diese in der Hand. Das Bett war aber sehr bequem und für 3 Nächte ist das Hotel gut. 4 Sterne gibt es wohl wegen der Küche. Wir haben einmal dort gegessen und es war sehr gut.

Das es kein richtiger Balkon war, sondern so eine Art Wintergartenbalkon, obwohl ich ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht habe. Der Service beim Abendessen war sehr langsam. Ich musste sehr lange warten bis die Hauptspeise kam. Die Auswahl an Gerichten könnte umfangreicher sein.
