We are glad that you enjoyed the location of our hotel and appreciated the services of our team of associates. Our hotel is located at the foothills of the Poonagala mountain range which brings in fresh breeze, and so our dwellings are designed to capture this natural air flow. With regards to the food however, please note that when cooked, vegetables change colour and texture and might not seem as fresh as when they are used uncooked in certain dishes. We pride ourselves in using the freshest of ingredients, some of which are grown in our very own organic garden.
