Messy start

"When we arrived it was before checking in time, was prepared to just leave.the case and come back at 3pm. He said no rooms available then changed mind and said u can go to your room. Got up the 6th floor to find a messy room, unmade bed, bin full of rubbish, towels on floor etc. Went back to reception ..."
