Location good room very clean bed large and comfortable.Reception staff friendly and quick check in.View from Foyer was fabulous over the bay.Only one complaint no milk provided with tea making facilities you had to buy it from the minibar.

Perfect location and views. Breakfast was lovely. The only downside was the spa. Wuite basic and the treatments rooms were closed.

Overall this was a great Hotel to stay at. Absolutely loved the location, the friendly staff, the breakfast which had great options for us vegetarians n vegans, the room and the views. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Very good hotel.Very clean and tidy, also the food very delicious, good place. The customer service very helpful and polite. A little bit expensive but it valuable. Here I founded everything that I wanted. Definitely I coming back.

Perfect location and perfect hotel

This hotel is simply amazing. I have stayed here twice now and love the service and facilities and location of hotel. Staff are very polite and friendly, always willing to help. We booked the junior suite overlooking the sea and the views are breathtaking. The sound of the waves is so relaxing. We were able to see the sunrise from our room. The breakfast has a huge selection to choose from and everything is so fresh and flavoursome. The hotel is clean, it’s close to all food restaurants outside. The beach Is within walking distance and taxis are easily sought from outside. There is a long bridge right outside the hotel which makes a nice walk in the evening overlooking the sea. You have a spa joined with the hotel which is nice as they have a pool, jacuzzi and 3 temperatured pool areas and lots more. They have a pool table, PlayStation, table tennis, Foozeball near the bar if you get bored. We dealt with the manager Javier on booking our room and he is fantastic and will ensure you have a pleasant stay at this place. The best rooms to book are the Deluxe ones or Junior Suites. They are more spacious and have a newer look to them. The others are nice too and spacious but depends on how long you go for. Love this place would definitely recommend and book again.

5th floor(top) room with amazing view (sea and marina) on the corner of hotel.Many balconies are very small angled in a way that restricts the veiw.Sea view rooms dont get sun for long.Great helpful staff and spotless hotel, food good.lovely coffee!

Alicante & Tabarca

Pros: Very friendly staff and the room
Cons: Parking
Location: The best location. It's located between the harbour and the beach. Directly in front of restaurants, casino and a discotheque. City at 5 mins walk.
Alicante is the place to be, lots to do and see. Great restaurants for everyone's taste. Perfect views from the castle Santa Barbara. It's just 45 minutes drive from, Benidorm, Altea and Calpe. Low cost boat trips to the beautiful island of Tabarca

Perfect location

Just a short stroll to the centre of Alicante , with a car park next door (chargeable). Happened to mention , when checking in , that we had to leave too early to take advantage of the lovely breakfast and were immediately told that they would provide a packed breakfast for us to take with us , just ask at reception. Couldn't ask for more ! Not to mention free upgrade . We have stayed here five times now and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else . Maybe not the cheapest but must be among the best .

I was only there for one night but

Excellent clean room with a gorgeous see a pool view. Will definitely stay again and book to stay much longer.
