The staff were so friendly and tolerant especially with some difficult guests. Reception staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with an error we made regarding our booking. We decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday at this hotel after been really impressed during our stay last year. Some of our guests inadvertently booked at the Sister hotel. This was sorted out by management, even though it was right at the last minute. The animation lady lived the days with various activities. Will definitely visit again.

Quality and variety of food amazing, Entertainment could be better and personally I found the bedrooms are not big enough to cater for a third bed.

Great all inclusive hotel well positioned between old & new town. Also close to the beach. Only gave 4* as the nighttime entertainment not as good as other hotels I've stayed in Benidorm.

Great Hotel close to sea with only a five minute walk. Incredible food with the all-inclusive. Staff were fun, polite and professional. The spa was amazing especially the whirlpool effects. Massages were wonderful. We loved our stay and thought the hotel was one of the best experiences in our travels. Two thumbs way up!
