El edificio es bueno y las habitaciones bien equipadas. Para un hotel de esta categoría, no obstante, fue una visita para olvidar. El servicio de bar/restaurante se hace exclusivamente en la terraza o en una sala de reuniones que no es un restaurante con un ambiente acogedor. El servicio es lento y frío. Todas las bebidas servidas en vasos de plástico a uso único (gracias por el medioambiente…) y es buen desagradable beber una copa de vino en esas condiciones para un hotel 4 estrellas. Pan tomate frío. Lo comentamos y nos trajeron casi lo mismo. La restauración, muy de bar barato la verdad. Las basuras de la terraza desbordando hasta tener basuras por el piso. Música reggaeton todo el tiempo: help ! El servicio de recepción bueno por suerte, habitaciones limpias y buenas camas. Me imagino que el hotel está más acostumbrado a eventos profesionales y está reinventándose pero hay aún mucho por hacer.

Todella siisti ja moderni hotelli. Runsas buffet aamupala, ravintolassa hinta/ laatusuhde kohdallaan. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erityis kiitos siivoojalle, joka kävi huoneessa päivittäin siivoamassa ja vaihtamassa pyyhkeet. Sijainti hyvä. Lähellä ostoskeskus, kävelymatkan päässä ranta. Linja-auto kulki ihan vierestä Barcelonan keskustaan.
